Product Description:

The fine misting nozzles are made of brass bodies, inlaid stainless steel core guide vanes, the liquid forms a centrifugal vortex in the guide vanes, spray tiny open-core type particles from the jet hole, can be widely used in factory humidification, cooling, disinfection, dust fall, landscaping, salt fog test, and other artificial fog. The nozzle uses American precision punching device, The aperture is about 0.3mm, well-made, compare the using costs and gas humidification, able to save more than 10 times.
This series of nozzles does not require air assistance, the system is simple, spray a fine mist, sufficient atomization, has the advantages of energy-saving, water-saving, low cost, and good effect; Stainless steel spray sheet is processed by advanced forging technology, strong durability, the working life is about 2.5 times compared with similar products.

Effect and application

Advantages of misting kit

Easy installation in minutes; Affixed with saddle clamps or cable ties;
No power required, work with the pressure of faucet;3M water supply hose is available for the system;
All quick pushing connectors, easy for DIY; Fine fog mist, cool your summer heat immediately;

Instruction:

1. Connect the Faucet adapter to the water tap.
2. Turn on the water tap to wash the system for 1 minute to purge the system and remove any impurities.
3. Screw the misting nozzles to the Tee fittings, except the last one on the end plug.
4. Turn on the water tap to wash the system for 2 minutes to ensure that system is fully purged.
5. Turn the water off and install the last nozzle into the fitting with the end plug.
6. Fix the misting line by the saddle clamps provided.
7. Turn on the tap slightly until jets are working, enjoy the cooling misting system.
8. Periodically remove the misting nozzles, and follow steps 2-5 to clean out the misting system.
